Baseball to Host Bowling Fundraiser

DETROIT --
The Wayne State University baseball program will host a "Bowling for Baseball" fundraiser on Saturday, Jan. 25 in conjunction with the Anthony Bass Pitching Camp on the same day. The event will take place from 3 to 6 PM at Garden Bowl inside The Majestic in Detroit. 

Events include a 50/50 raffle, a "Beat the Pro" challenge against Anthony Bass, a strike ball game where the winner could win the pot by rolling a strike and a WSU Baseball Player Challenge (pick a WSU baseball student-athlete and for every strike he rolls, a $5 donation will be made to the program).

Ticket prices range from $40 (Bowl with Big Leaguer Anthony Bass), $30 (High Roller - Bowl with Head Coach Ryan Kelley), $20 (Player - three hours of bowling) and $12 (spectator). All ticket levels include pizza and soda.

You can also sponsor a lane for $20.
