WSU Athletics Academic Success Rate Improves To 81 Percent

DETROIT -- The NCAA national office recently released the 2025 Division II federal graduation rate and Academic Success Rate (ASR) data.  This release focused on the Division II ASR aggregate and institutional-level data, which includes a sport-by-sport breakdown of the ASR.

Fourteen (14) of WSU's 16 sports (women's cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track & field are counted as one sport) had an ASR of at least 80.

"Our student-athletes continue to perform at a high level, and these results are a direct reflection of their effort and the support around them," commented WSU Director of Athletics Erika Wallace.  "We're proud of the standard they uphold and the culture they continue to strengthen at Wayne State."
