DETROIT -- Fifth-year head coach
Larry Hamilton and the Wayne State University women's golf program have announced their fall schedule for the 2025-26 season. The Warriors will play six two-day tournaments in the months of September and October before turning the calendar over to the spring portion.
The 12th season of WSU women's golf begins on Sept. 8-9 for Saginaw Valley State's Cardinal Cup at Saginaw Country Club. Next up on Sept. 13-14 at Champions Golf Course in Columbus, Ohio will be Ohio Dominican's Champions of Women's Golf Classic. Come Sept. 22-23 at Orchards Golf Club in Washington, Mich., the Green and Gold will host their second annual Warrior Invitational.
The Warriors will round out the month on Sept. 27-28 at Ferris State's Lady Bulldog Fall Invitational being played at Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids, Mich. Switching gears to October, Wayne State will be at Findlay's William Beall Fall Classic on Oct. 6-7 (Findlay Country Club - Findlay, Ohio) and the Davenport Panther Invitational on Oct. 11-12 (Stonehedge North Golf Course - Augusta, Mich.).
Stonehedge North will once again be the sight of the GLIAC Championships, which are to be played on April 16-19.
