FINDLAY, Ohio -- The Wayne State University women's golf team concluded the first 36 of 54 total holes on Monday at the Findlay Country Club as part of the 2026 NCAA East Regional. The Warriors carded a 659 (+83, 329-330), good for 13th among the field of 18 squads.
"Day one played tough, a lot of wind, 36 holes and the course was still very soggy from all the rain that it had received," said head coach
Larry Hamilton. "We're looking forward to today too, and seeing if we could move up a couple spots on the leaderboard."
