2026 Hall of Fame Inductee - Brad Baldwin

Below is the first of the six inductees bios.

Brad Baldwin was a four-year baseball letterwinner (2015-18), who earned All-GLIAC recognition all four seasons, including three times (2016-17-18) on the First Team.

In his junior season, Baldwin was First Team All-Midwest Region by the D2 CCA, as well as Second Team All-Region by the NCBWA.

He concluded his Warrior career first in doubles (70), second in both extra-base hits (87) and walks (101), third in hits (239), tied-for-third in total bases (354), tied-for-fourth in RBI (141), fifth in runs scored (146) and tied-for-ninth in games played (189).

Baldwin, who started all 142 games played over his final three years, batted at least .330 every season, including a career-best .370 (64-for-173) as a sophomore. That season, he also had more walks (30) than strikeouts (26).

He was selected as the squad's Top Hitter each of his first three years, and was the Team MVP in 2017, when he finished in the top 14 nationally for the D2 Player of the Year (Josh Willingham Award).

A versatile player, Baldwin started at all four infield positions (100 at 2B, 45 at 3B, 4 at 1B, and 1 at SS), plus as the designated hitter (36 times) in his 186 career starts.

His WSU squads compiled a 70-50-1 GLIAC mark and advanced to the NCAA Tournament in 2017.

A three-year GLIAC All-Academic team selection, Baldwin earned his degree in Management, while being on the Academic Honor Roll six times, including two semesters on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll (term GPA 3.5+).
