2022:  Competed in four meets … placed 47th at the Northwood Invitational (9/10) after posting a time of 21:58.4 … earned 29th place at the Lock Haven Invitational White Race (9/24), notching a time of 28:01.5 … tallied a 53rd-place finish at the Lansing Community College Invite (9/30) after finishing with a time of 28:07.5 … collected 115th place at the Warrior Challenge (10/22) after recording a time of 28:39.4. 

2021:  Competed in four meets … tallied an 84th-place finish at the Warrior Challenge 8K (9/10) with a time of 28:55.3 … recorded a 28:53.2 at the Roy Griak Invitational 8K D2 race (9/24) … ran a season-best time of 28:14.1 at the Saginaw Valley State Invite 8K (10/2) … finished a season-best 18th overall at the Northwood Invitational 8K (10/15), recording a time of 28:35.9.

2020-21:  Cross Country season was not held due to COVID-19.

2019:  Competed in five meets ... finished the Detroit Mercy Invite (9/7) four mile in 22:34.8 ... completed the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 8K (9/21) in 28:55.1 ... crossed the finish line in 27:13.3 at the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) ... led the Warriors in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble varsity 8K race, finishing in 25:50.3 ... placed 37th at the GLIAC Championships (10/26) with an 8K personal-best time of 25:38.9.

2018:  Did not compete in any meets ... was redshirted.

High School:  A 2018 graduate of Bowling Green High School ... was a four-year letterwinner under coaches Pat and Lisa Carney ... placed fourth at the 2017 OHSAA Division I state cross country meet ... was a three-time state qualifier (2015-16-17) ... was a regional champion and a Northern Lakes League (NLL) champion as well as a winner of two regular-season meets during senior year ... earned a personal record (PR), and school record, time of 15:24.6 at the state meet, a 5K race, and never finished worse than fourth in any of the nine races in 2017 ... finished fourth (second from Ohio) in a time of 16:03 at the 2017 Mid-East Cross Country Meet of Champions ... placed second in the NLL cross country meet in 2016, third in 2015 and 12th in 2014 ... also lettered in track, competing in 1600m (4:31.59), 3200m (9:48.58), 4x800m relay and 4x1600m relay as well as the DMR ... won the 1600m race at the 2018 NLL Championships and was second in the 3200m event ... was a member of the Academic Honor Roll.
