2022:  Competed in six meets … registered a 27th-place finish at the Northwood Invitational (9/10) after recording a time of 20:14.4 … registered a season-best 8K time of 25:50.0 and earned 46th place at the Lock Haven Invitational (9/24) … placed 10th with a time of 26:16.6 at the Lasing Community College Invite (9/30) … posted a 65th-place finish at the Warrior Challenge (10/22) after earning a time of 27:04.6 … completed the GLIAC Championships (11/4) in 44th place after registering a time of 26:36.39 … tallied an 86th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/19), posting a time of 33:09.84.

2019:  Earned Second Team All-GLIAC honors after a 24th-place finish (25:11.9) at the GLIAC Championship 8K (10/26) ... competed in six meets ... finished the Detroit Mercy Invite four mile (9/7) as the runner-up in a time of 20:43.8 ... claimed the second spot at the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 8K (9/21) with a time of 26:15.4 ... ran the Greater Louisville Classic Gold 8K race (10/5) in a personal-best of 25:03.8 ... crossed the finish line in 26:45.7 at the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) ... finished 38th (32:58.7) at the NCAA Midwest Regional 10K (11/9).
