2022:  Re-joined the Warriors cross country squad ... competed in the team’s first three meets ... placed 26th at the Northwood Invitational (9/10) with a time of 20:12.3 ... nabbed eighth place with a time of 26:56.0 in the Lock Haven Invitational White Race (9/24) ... completed the Lansing Community College Invite (9/30) in 30th place with a time of 27:10.1. 

2021:  Was not a member of the cross country team.

2020-21: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... cross country season was not held due to COVID-19 ... was a CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee.

2019:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in five meets ... finished the Detroit Mercy Invite four mile (9/7) in fifth place (21:04.2) ... placed sixth (26:31.4) in the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 8K (9/21) ... completed the Greater Louisville Classic Gold 8K race (10/5) in a personal-best time of 25:50.2 ... crossed the finish line in 27:50.1 in the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) ... ran the GLIAC Championship 8K (10/26) in 26:33.7.

2018:  Competed in five meets as a true freshman ... placed 26th (17:06.3) at the University of Michigan-Dearborn's Wolverine Twilight Invitational (8/31) in first collegiate race ... crossed the finish line at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) in 26:43.2 ... earned a time of 26:33.51 at the MCC Jayhawk Invite (10/12) ... finished the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) in 32nd place with a time of 27:21.4 ... competed at the GLIAC Championships (11/3), completing the event in 27:13.1. 

High School:  A 2018 graduate of Lakeland High School ... was a four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track & field for the Eagles ... earned All-Conference, All-Region and All-County honors in 2017 for head coach Joe Verellen (a 2012 WSU Hall of Fame inductee) ... was a member of the D1 state finals team that finished fourth overall in 2015, won the state title in 2016 and placed third in 2017 ... helped Lakeland win a regional title in 2015, 2016 and 2018  ... was part of the Oakland County Champion team, the Lakes Valley Conference Champion team and the MSU Spartan Invitational Champion team in 2017 ... ran a 16:24.1 in the 5K, a 4:28.88 for 1600 meters and a 9:45.7 in the 3200m ... a two-time Scholar-Athlete Award winner and also the recipient of the Academic Allstate Award on two occasions ... earned President Obama's Academic Excellence Award in 2016 and carried a 3.85 GPA throughout high school.
