2022:  Completed one meet during the season ... did not finish at the Northwood Invitational (9/10) ... finished in second place at the Lock Haven Invitational White Race (9/24), earning a time of 26:01.6.

2021:  Competed in seven meets ... did not finish the race at the Warrior Challenge 8K (9/10) ... registered an 8K time of 27:03.9 at the Roy Griak Invitational D2 race (9/24) ... did not finish the Lewis Crossover 8K (10/9) ... posted a second-place finish with a season-best 8K time of 26:42.3 at the Northwood Invitational 8K (11/15) ... recorded a time of 26:55.9 at the GLIAC Championships (8K) on Oct. 23 ... crossed the line in 33:13.6 at the NCAA Midwest Regional (10K) on Nov. 6 ... collected a time of 34:48.7 at the NCAA Championships (10K) on Nov. 20.

2020-21:  Cross Country season was not held due to COVID-19.>

2019:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... did not compete in any meets due to an injury.

2018:  Competed in six meets as a true freshman ... finished his first collegiate meet, the Calvin Knight Invite (9/8), in a time of 27.00.1 ... earned an 8K personal-best 25:23.1 at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) ... crossed the finish line at the Lewis Conference Crossover Invitational (10/6) in 26:44.2 ... finished the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) in 18th place with a time of 26:46.7 ... competed at the GLIAC Championships (11/3), completing the event in 26:30.7 ... finished with a time of 34:37.2 at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/17). 

High School:  A 2018 graduate of Oxford High School ... was a two-year letterwinner for the Wildcats ... earned All-County and All-League honors in 2017 ... helped Oxford win the league championship as a senior ... posted a 4:38 for one mile and a 9:35 for two miles ... tallied a 5K time of 16:28.
