Career Notes:  Became the first male runner at WSU to become a three-time All-American by the USTFCCCA (13th in 2023, 9th in 2022, and 25th in 2021), joining Hall of Fame inductee Rachelle Malette (2006-07-08) as the only cross country runners to be three-time All-Americans ... joined Elly Maleski (swimming) as WSU's only three-time CSC (CoSIDA) Academic All-American honorees in the 72-year history of the Academic All-America program (Second Team in 2021-22, and First Team in 2022-23 and 2023-24).

2021:  Voted to the CoSIDA Academic All-America Men's Track & Field/Cross Country Second Team after being an All-District First Team selection ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... 2021-22 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award ... helped lead the Warriors to a 15th-place team finish at the NCAA Championships ... earned USTFCCCA All-America honors after recording a 25th-place finish at the NCAA Championships (11/20) in a time of 31:07.0 ... garnered USTFCCCA All-Region honors after posting a season-best 10K time of 30:23.1 and finishing seventh at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/6) ... received First Team All-GLIAC recognition ... notched a fifth-place finish at the GLIAC Championships (8K) on Oct. 23, crossing the line in 25:11.4 ... earned the squad's Athlete of the Year honor ... ran in six meets ... placed in the top 25 in all six events ... earned GLIAC Athlete of the Week honors (9/14) after setting the course record and taking first place at the Warrior Challenge (8K) on Sept. 10 with a time of 24:52.6 ... finished second at the Roy Griak Invitational D2 race (8K) on Sept. 24, registering a time of 25:22.5 ... posted a fourth-place time of 24:39.7 at the Lewis Crossover (8K) on Oct. 9.

2019:  Selected as the squad's Athlete of the Year ... awarded USTFCCCA All-Academic honors ... earned Second Team All-GLIAC honors after a 19th-place finish (25:02.9) at the GLIAC Championship 8K (10/26) ... competed in six meets as a true freshman ... finished third (20:44.0) in the Detroit Mercy Invite four mile (9/7) ... placed fifth (26:26.0) in the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 8K (9/21) ... completed the Greater Louisville Classic Gold 8K race (10/5) in a personal-best time of 24:58.7 ... led the Warriors in the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) with a time of 26:19.9 ... set a 10K PR of 32:55.7 at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/9) with a 35th-place finish.
