2022:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... completed five meets ... did not finish at the Northwood Invitational (9/10) ... placed 18th with a season-best 8K time of 25:04.4 at the Lock Haven Invitational (9/24) ... earned 20th place with a time of 25:59.31 at the Lucian Rosa Invite (10/8) ... finished in 43rd place at the Warrior Challenge (10/22) after recording a time of 26:33.4 ... collected 24th place at the GLIAC Championships (11/4), registering a time of 25:41.94 ... secured 36th place at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/19) after crossing the finish line in a time of 32:13.59.

2020-21: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... cross country season was not held due to COVID-19.

2019:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in three meets ... finished the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) in a time of 27:11.8 ... earned an 8K personal-best time of 25:30.7 at the GLIAC Championships (10/26) to place 32nd ... set a 10K PR of 33:10.4 at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/9) with a 42nd-place finish.

2018:  Awarded USTFCCCA All-Academic honors ... competed in six meets as a true freshman ... placed 29th (26:16.2) at the Calvin Knight Invite (9/8) in first collegiate race ... earned a time of 24:36.0 at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) ... crossed the finish line at the Lewis Conference Crossover Invitational (10/6) in 26:07.8 ... finished the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) in ninth place with a time of 26:18.3 ... competed at the GLIAC Championships (11/3), completing the event in 26:27.3 ... crossed the finish line in 33:11.0 at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/17).
