2022-23:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in all six regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished ninth in the 60m hurdles (9.24) at GLIACs ... posted season-best times of 9.11 (60m hurdles) and 27.70 (200m dash) at the GVSU Holiday Open (12/9) ... ran a season-best 8.12 in the 60m dash in the prelims of the SVSU Doug Hansen Open (1/20) ... recorded season-best times of 7.67 (55m dash) and 8.71 (55m hurdles) at the Wildcat-Cardinal-Warrior meet (2/4) in Marquette.  OUTDOOR: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in four regular-season meets ... posted season-bests in 100m hurdles at the Oakland Golden Grizzly Invite with a 14.95 in the prelims (wind 2.5) and 15.00 in the finals ... recorded season-best marks for the long jump (4.61m) and javelin (14.96m) at the Cedarville Yellow Jacket Open.

2021-22:  INDOOR:  Participated in the first five regular-season meets ... posted two season-best times at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Meet (1/22) – 60m dash (8.31) and 200m dash (27.71) ... notched two season-best marks at the SVSU Triangular (2/5) – 60m hurdles (9.30) and long jump (4.99m).  OUTDOOR:  Participated in three regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... earned All-GLIAC honors by running the anchor leg on the third place 4x100m relay at the GLIAC Championships, which posted the sixth-fastest time in school history (48.09) ... finished 11th at GLIACs in the 100m hurdles in a season-best time of 15.15 ... ran a season-best time of 28.76 for 200m at the Ashland Alumni Open.
