2022-23:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Competed as an unattached runner in three meets ... completed the Northwood Invitational (9/10) in a time of 21:54.6 ... earned a time of 21:12.9 at the Lansing Community College Invite (9/30) ... recorded a time of 27:38.7 at the Warrior Challenge (10/22).  INDOOR:  Participated at two competitions ... ran a season-best 12:20.12 for 3K at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open (1/20) posted a mile time of 6:02.51 at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/27-28).  OUTDOOR:  Did not compete ... was redshirted.
