2009-10: Took up fencing after a stellar softball career for the Warriors … placed 17th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships … was the 31st finisher at the MFC Championships … helped the sabre squad to a sixth-place finish at the MFC Championships … first official collegiate matches came at the Danosi Open (Eighth place).

Softball Career Notes: Started 159 games in three-year career at WSU ... improved her runs, hits, home runs, total bases and sacrifice bunt totals every year.
