2024:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... selected as WSU's Men's Cross Country MVP ... received Second team All-GLIAC recognition following a 23rd-place finish (25:16.50) at the GLIAC Championships (10/26) ... earned a 14th-place finish (19:12.60) at the Northwood Invitational (9/7) ... claimed the eighth spot (25:49.50) at the Warrior Challenge (9/13) ... crossed the finish line 88th (35:12.70) at the Live in Lou Classic (10/5) ... finished 54th (24:50.01) at the Lewis Crossover Invite (10/12) ... competed at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (11/9).

2023:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... was a USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete honoree by having a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and a finish in the top 30 percent at the regional championship ... earned All-Region recognition from the USTFCCCA after a 24th place finish (31:29.30) at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/4) ... garnered Second Team All-GLIAC honors following a 15th place finish (24:57.00) at the GLIAC Championships (10/21) ... raced in six meets ... placed second with a time of 26:21.40 at the Skippers Cross Country Showcase (9/1) ... was third with a mark of 25:22.40 at the Warrior Challenge (9/15) ... collected an 11th place mark with a time of 26:03.50 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/22) and a 24th place finish (24:40.30) at the Lewis Crossover Invite (10/7).

High School:  A 2020 graduate of Linden High School ... was a four-year letterwinner for coaches Clinton Lawhorne and Brad Ferrara ... helped LHS to four consecutive state finals appearances, including a seventh-place team finish in 2017 along with current WSU runner Tanney Blaney ... was a three-time Flint Metro League champion in 2017, 2018 and 2019 ... also earned All-State honors three times after finishing sixth (15:42.4), ninth (16:04.3) and sixth (15:57.3) at the Division 2 state championship meet in his final three seasons ... finished second at both the 2019 MITCA Team Michigan Trail (Mid-East Qualifier) on Nov. 8 in a time of 15:43.0, and at the Mid-East Cross Country Championships on Nov. 19 at Kettering, Ohio's Indian Riffle Park (15:49.0) ... placed 18th at the 2019 Foot Locker Midwest Regional Championship in Wisconsin on Nov. 30 in a time of 16:24.2 ... also competed in track and field for the Eagles ... finished fifth at the 2019 MHSAA Track Meet in the 1600m race with a time of 4:22.78, after placing sixth the year prior (2018) in the 3200m event (9:21.10) ... competed at the 2017 state track meet and finished sixth in the 3200m finals with a time of 9:31.34.
