2009-10: Swam at all six regular-season meets, posting top times in the 100 free (47.95) and the 100 breaststroke (1:05.66) Dec. 4 at the Eastern Michigan Invitational … went 22.14 in an exhibition 50 free at the GLIAC championships.

2008-09: Swam in seven meets to earn his first collegiate letter ... posted exhibition times in the 50 free (22.81), 100 free (49.34) and 100 breaststroke (1:06.77) at the GLIAC Championships.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Ferndale ... spent two years on the varsity swimming team, earning all-league, all-area, and Daily Tribune Swimmer of the Year honors as a senior ... qualified for the Division III state meet in the 50 free and 200 free relay, Ferndale's first state cuts in five years ... posted top times of 22.56 in the 50 free, 51.41 in the 100 free, 1:13.67 in the 100 breaststroke, and 1:04.6 in the 100 fly ... also earned two letters in football as a wide receiver and two in track and field as a hurdler and high jumper.
