2013-14:  INDOOR:  Competed in seven meets plus the GLIAC Championship ... participated in both the Distance Medley Relay and 4x400 relay at the GLIAC Championship ... set a personal best for 200m (27.17) at GVSU Big Meet ... recorded a personal best in 400m (1:50.54) at The Cardinal at SVSU ... set the school record for 600m (1:40.41) at the GVSU Big Meet ... ran the third leg of school record 4x400 relay (3:56.22) set at Hillsdale Tune-Up.  OUTDOOR:  Ran in four meets plus the GLIAC Championship ... set a personal best for 200m (27.34) at the South Florida Invitational ... recorded a personal best for 400m (1:00.75) at the GLIAC Championship ... part of the school record 4x400 relay (3:52.26) set at the Tennessee Sea Relays.

2012-13:  INDOOR:  Set six school records (60m, 200m, 400m, 4x200, 4x400 and 4,000 DMR) ... took third place in the 200 meter dash and second in the 400 meter dash at the SVSU Hansen Open ... placed third in the 800 meter run at the Baldwin-Wallace Meet ... earned a point for the Warriors at the GLIAC Indoor Championship as part of the 4,000 DMR quartet (12:19.14; NCAA Provisional time).  OUTDOOR:  Recipient of the squad's Coaches Award ... finished 17th in the 400 hurdles (1:11.38) and 20th in the 400 meter dash (1:00.79) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship ... established school records in the 200 and 400 meter dashes, as well as the 400 intermediate hurdles ... finished third in the 400 meter dash (1:01.85) and seventh in the long jump (14-6) at the Adrian Invitational.

2010-11:  Was a member of the swimming and diving team at Kenyon College ... competed in the NCAA Division III Championships, where Kenyon placed fourth overall.

High School:  Graduated from Jenison in 2010 ... earned four varsity letters in swimming ... was all-state, all-conference and MVP every season ... conference champion in 100 breaststroke (1:07.02) and 200 IM (2:09.08) as a senior ... also placed third in 50 freestyle (24.10) and 100 breaststroke (1:06.92) at state meet ... holds breaststroke record and three relay records at Jenison ... also lettered four years in track and field, earning all-conference, all-state and MVP honors every year ... placed in the top eight every season in 400 and 200 meter dash at regionals ... National Honor Society member and Academic All-American ... won three state titles in 100 breaststroke for JAWS Swim Club.
