2015:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in one of the six meets … finished 25th with a time of 29:11.90 at the Michigan Intercollegiates (10/9). 

2014:  Ran a time of 27:56.9 (125th) at the Lucian Rosa Invitational (10/11) ... recorded a time of 26:57.4 at the GLIAC Championships (11/7). 

2013:  Did not race during the season due to an injury.

2012:  Placed 31st (21:51) at the Detroit Titan Invite (9/8) ...came in 38th (28:00) in the Mack Cooper Classic (9/14) ... placed 180th (28:04) at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/29) ... finished 64th (26:44) at the Lucian Rosa Invite (10/6).

2011:  Competed in the first three meets ... placed 29th (23:26.53) in first collegiate meet at Detroit Titan Invitational (9/10) ... finished 200th (28:30) at Spartan Invite (28:30) ... earned 51st-place finish (28:32) at George Mason Invite.

High School:  A 2011 graduate of St. Clair High School ... member of the Saints cross country and track teams for four years each ... was a First Team MAC White Division selection in both 2008 and 2010 in cross country ... selected co-MVP and team captain in cross country in 2010 ... earned team most improved award in 2008 ... named to the All-Academic team all four years ... ran a 17:46.9 at the 2008 Division 2 State Cross Country meet ... improved 15 places from 2008 cross country meet to the 2009 meet ... placed 48th at the 2010 meet in a time of 16:27.6.
