Biography

2017-18:  NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Earned pre-qualifier invite in both one-meter and three-meter events.  GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Earned All-GLIAC honors for third place finish in three-meter diving (460.30), earning a B-cut ... finished in eighth place with a B-cut score of 368.75 in one-meter diving.  SEASON:  Competed in all eight meets ... earned CSCAA Scholar All-America honors ... finished second in the one-meter diving event (332.40) and the three-meter diving event (248.85) against Oakland (10/27) ... finished first in one-meter diving (264.65) and second in three-meter diving (271.95) against Ashland and Tiffin (11/3) ... took first in one-meter diving (257.00) and three-meter diving (295.40) at Calvin (11/17) ... runner-up in one-meter diving (267.00) vs. Grand Valley State (1/6) ... won the one-meter diving event (276.75) and the the three-meter diving event (263.59) vs. Saginaw Valley State (1/12).

2016-17:  GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS: Took fourth in the three-meter diving event, posting a board mark of 411.80 and sixth in the one-meter diving event (397.35).  SEASON: Competed in five meets … won the three-meter diving event with a score of 255.55, and posted highest score of the season (264.75) in the one-meter diving event versus Findlay (1/13).

2015-16:  GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Finished sixth in the three-meter diving event (365.20) … placed seventh on the one-meter board with a total score of 358.95.  SEASON:  Competed in six meets … posted top scores on the three-meter board (six dives) with 254.70 points at Ashland (11/7) and in the one-meter (six dives) diving event with a total score of 435.05 versus Findlay (1/15).  

2014-15:  GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Registered a season-best score of 426.35 to finish third in the three-meter dive ... also collected his best score of the season in the one-meter dive at 428.85 to finish fourth.  SEASON:  Competed in five meets ... best regular-season mark in the one-meter was 249.15 against Calvin (11/14) ... posted a 252.68 in the three-meter vs. Calvin (11/14).

High School:  A 2014 graduate of Adrian High School ... also spent two years at Hamilton High School in Ohio ... lettered two seasons at Adrian for coaches Keith Jones and Andrew Greenwell ... also lettered for two seasons in track and field and one year in rowing ... named team captain in two sports ... placed 13th at the 2014 MHSAA Division 3 finals on the one-meter board with a score of 338.50 ... also placed 18th in the 50 freestyle (22.48) ... earned All-American honors ... captain and Team MVP of New London Hills swimming and diving team.
