Victor Jackson joined the Wayne State University men's basketball coaching staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2025-26 season.
A native of Belleville, Jackson earned a bachelor's degree in Journalism from WSU in May of 2025 and is now pursuing a master's degree in the same field.
Jackson's coaching history includes five years as an assistant for Belleville's varsity boys' team and head coach for the school's freshmen squad. He led the freshmen team to its first undefeated season in program history (18-0) in 2024-25 and played a big part in Belleville varsity's run to the final four in 2021-22.
