2011-12:  Competed in 10 meets … placed fifth in the 1650 freestyle (16:19.73), ninth in the 1000 freestyle (9:48.12) and 12th in the 500 freestyle (4:39.30) at the GLIAC Championships … top times in the 200 freestyle (1:46.97), 1650 freestyle (16:17.14) and 100 backstroke (57.87; relay leadoff) at the Eastern Michigan Invitational … 2:11.22 in the 200 backstroke Oct. 22 at Indianapolis ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team and the CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention Team ... 2011-12 recipient of the DII ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2010-11:  Placed eighth in both the 1000 freestyle (9:40.45) and the 1650 freestyle (16:18.32) at the GLIAC Championships … also finished 12th in the 500 free (4:42.81) … participated in nine meets … top times in the 200 free (1:47.84) and the 100 backstroke (56.92) at the Kenyon Total Performance Invitational … 24.16 in the 50 free (relay leadoff) Jan. 28 against Findlay.

High School:  A 2010 graduate of Dearborn Edsel Ford ... swam under Bill Parker, earning four varsity letters for the Thunderbirds ... served as team captain during his senior where he helped lead the team to a first-place league meet ... earned Academic All-American and All-State honors ... voted All-League, All-City and Team MVP ... qualified for the state meet with a time of 4:50 in the 500 freestyle event ... also ran cross country and track, running primarily in distance events ... member of the National Honor Society.
