2022-23:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Selected WSU women's cross country Athlete of the Year ... helped lead the Warriors to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Championships ... finished 51st with a time of 21:31.6 at the NCAA Championships (12/2) ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... earned NCAA All-Midwest Region accolades with a sixth-place finish in a time of 21:45.27 ... received First Team All-GLIAC recognition after finishing ninth (21:49.50) at the GLIAC Championships (11/4) … raced in seven meets ... placed fourth at the Northwood Invitational (9/10) with a time of 19:20.0 ... nabbed fifth place with a time of 21:35.0 at the Lock Haven Invitational (9/24) ... secured 16th place at the Lucian Rosa Invite (10/8), recording a time of 22:16.44 ... secured fifth place with a time of 22:07.8 at the Warrior Challenge (10/22).  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in three regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished seventh in the 5K race at the GLIAC Championships in a time of 17:22.07 ... ran a season-best time of 5:16.80 for the mile at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open (1/20) ... posted a season-best time of 10:38.22 for the 3K at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/27-28).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... ran in three regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished third in the 5,000m race at the GLIAC Championships in a time of 17:51.18 ... won the 5,000m race at the Cedarville Yellow Jacket Open (3/25) in a time of 18:12.21.

Recipient of WSU's Warrior Award for 2022 which is given to an athlete who embodies the Warrior spirit in more ways than just performing on the track.  Those other qualities include:  having a positive attitude, showing perseverance and overcoming obstacles when facing life's challenges.

2021-22:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Earned Second Team All-GLIAC honors after finishing 24th with a time of 23:44.7 at the GLIAC Championships (6K) on Oct. 23 ... competed in six meets ... crossed the finish line in 25:03.2 at the Warrior Challenge 6K (9/10) ... recorded a time of 24:50.2 at the Roy Griak Invitational D2 race (6K) on Sept. 24 ... placed second after posting a time of 23:42.49 at the Saginaw Valley State Invite 6K (10/2) ... collected a time of 23:40.3 at the Lewis Crossover (6K) on Oct. 9 ... ran a season-best 6K time of 22:53.7 at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/6).  INDOOR:  Competed in four regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished ninth in the 5K race at GLIACs in a time of 18:31.37 … posted a season-best time of 11:05.62 for the 3K event at the SVSU Jet’s Pizza Invite (1/28-29) ... competed in the mile race at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Meet (1/22) and finished in 5:36.26.  OUTDOOR:  Participated in four regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... finished fourth in the 5K race at GLIACs in a time of 17:41.64 ... won the 10,000m race at the Baldwin Wallace Twilight (5/13) with a personal-best time of 37:44.16 ... posted a personal-best time of 4:48.48 for 1500m at the Elaine Leigh Invite ... ran a career-best time of 17:39.22 for 5,000m at the Bucknell Bison Classic.

2020-21:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... cross country season was not held due to COVID-19.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in two regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed 15th at the league meet (2/27) in the 5,000m race (19:57.04) ... ran a season-best time for the mile (5:42.68) at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/19) ... participated on the fourth-place 4x400m relay at the Tune-Up.  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in four regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed 13th at GLIACs (5/7) in the 5000m race in a season-best time of 19:06.51 ... posted season-best times of 2:30.27 (800m) and 5:00.35 (1500m) at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/16).

2019-20:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Selected as the squad's Athlete of the Year for the second consecutive season ... earned All-Region accolades after a 20th-place finish (21:38.3) at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/9) ... received First-Team All-GLIAC honors after a ninth-place finish at the conference meet (9/26) ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... named GLIAC Female Athlete of the Week on Sept. 24 ... competed in seven meets ... finished the Detroit Mercy Invite 5K (9/7) as the runner up with a time of 18:31.0 ... claimed the Second Annual Warrior Challenge (9/21) crown after finishing the 6K in 22:36.5 ... earned a 5K personal-best time of 18:15.2 in the Greater Louisville Classic Gold race (10/5) ... completed the Lewis Conference Crossover 6K (10/12) in 23:20.1 ... earned a 6K personal-best time of 21:37.8 at the NCAA Championships (11/23).  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... participated in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished 11th in the 5000m race (18:19.48) and 13th in the 3000m race (10:38.28) at GLIACs ... ran a personal-best indoor time for 5k (17:48.23) at the GVSU Holiday Open (12/6) ... clocked in a personal-best time for the mile (5:18.38) at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open (1/17) ... ran a personal-best 10:22.76 for the 3k indoor at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/25) ... also competed in the 4x400m relay (1/17 at Doug Hansen Open), the DMR (2/8 at Hillsdale Wide Track Classic.  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... canceled due to COVID-19.

2018-19:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Received All-Region honors after crossing the finish line in 20th place (22:20.8) at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... selected as the squad's Athlete of the Year ... named GLIAC Female Athlete of the Week on Sept. 10th, Sept. 24th, and Oct. 22 ... earned GLIAC Women's Freshman of the Year and First Team All-GLIAC honors after claiming fifth place at the GLIAC Championships (11/3) with a 6K time of 21:41.9 ... competed in all seven meets as a true freshman ... placed fourth (19:20.9) at the University of Michigan-Dearborn's Wolverine Twilight Invitational (8/31) in her first collegiate race ... crossed the finish line in second (18:16.2) at the Calvin Knight Invitational (9/8) ... earned a time of 17:20.0 at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) after her first-place finish ... completed the Lewis Conference Crossover Invite (10/6) in 22:18.8 ... finished the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) in first place with a time of 21:58.5.  INDOOR:  Competed in four of the final five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed 16th in the 3000m race at GLIACs in a season-best time of 11:00.84 ... ran lead-off on the sixth-place DMR (12:42.57) at GLIACs ... posted a season-best time of 3:14.91 for 1000m at the Youngstown State Mid-Major (2/2) ... ran a season-best time of 5:27.45 for a mile at the GVSU Big Saturday Meet (2/9).  OUTDOOR:  Did not compete ... was redshirted.
