2022-23:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... participated in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished sixth in the shot put (12.35m) and eighth in the weight throw (season-best mark of 15.88m) at GLIACs ... posted a season-best shot put mark of 12.49m at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/17).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed fifth in the shot put at GLIACs with a best toss of 13.60m, which ranks second all-time at WSU ... finished sixth at GLIACs in both the javelin (31.71m) and hammer (48.41m) ... the hammer distance (158-10) ranks fifth all-time at WSU ... posted a season-best throw in the javelin of 32.75m at the Oakland Elaine Leigh Invite.

2021-22:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in six of the seven regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... competed in both the weight throw and shot put at GLIACs ... finished 11th in the weight throw (14.14m) and 16th in the shot put with a season-best mark of 10.51m ... recorded a season-best distance of 15.08m for the weight throw at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Meet (1/22).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships and the Baldwin Wallace Twilight (5/13) ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... placed sixth in the hammer at GLIACs with a throw of 46.09m, and 10th in the javelin with a toss of 28.83m ... posted a season-best throw of 31.57m for the discus at the Ashland Alumni Open ... recorded a season-best toss of 47.69m for the hammer at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational ... notced a season-best throw of 30.66m for the javelin at the Cedarville hOpen.

2020-21:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in three regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished 10th in the shot put (12.39m) at GLIACs (2/27-28), and 16th in the weight throw (13.96m) ... posted a season-best throw of 12.68m in the shot put at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/29-30) ... recorded a season-best toss of 14.47m in the weight throw at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/19).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in one regular-season meet, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished eighth in the javelin at GLIACs with a WSU season-best throw of 30.55m ... placed 10th in the shot put (12.13m) and 13th in the hammer (38.46m) at GLIACs ... posted a season-best throw of 12.21m in the shot put at the Oakland Grizzly PR Classic (4/17).

2019-20:  INDOOR:  Participated in six regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed ninth in the shot put at GLIACs with a season-best throw of 12.12m ... recorded a season-best toss of 14.13m in the weight throw at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/25).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... canceled due to COVID-19.

2018-19:  INDOOR:  Competed in six meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... had a season-best toss in the weight throw of 13.80m at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/15) ... recorded a season-best throw of 12.08m in the shot put at the Jet's Pizza Invite (1/26) ... placed 13th in the shot put (11.42m) at the GLIAC Championships, along with a 19th-place finish in the weight throw (13.26m).  OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... had a season-best toss of 27.84m in the javelin at GLIACs to finish 16th ... placed 11th in the shot put (12.26m) at GLIACs and 16th in the hammer (42.36m) ... recorded a season-best distance of 12.43m in the shot put at the Davenport Tune-Up (4/27) ... notched a season-best throw of 43.80 for the hammer at the Al Owens Classic (4/20).
