2022-23:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed at five events, plus the GLIAC Indoor Championships ... finished 10th in the shot put at the GLIAC Championships with a best throw of 11.35m (37-03) ... posted season-best marks of 11.69m (shot put) and 15.40m (weight throw) at the Wildcat-Cardinal-Warrior Meet in Marquette (2/4).  OUTDOOR:  Did not compete.

2021-22:  INDOOR:  Competed in six of the seven regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished 13th at GLIACs in the shot put (11.37m) ... posted a season-best throw in the shot put of 11.40m at the SVSU Classic (1/14) ... notched a season-best in the weight throw of 13.10m at the SVSU Jet’s Pizza Invite (1/28-29).  OUTDOOR:  Participated in five meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... recorded the second-best discus throw in school history to finish seventh at GLIACs with a toss of 41.45m ... placed 10th at GLIACs in the shot put with a toss of 11.56m ... posted a season-best throw of 11.63m for the shot put at the Ashland Alumni Open ... notched a season-best hammer throw of 31.50m at the Elaine Leigh Invite.

High School:  A 2021 graduate of West Ottawa High School ... was a three-year (2018-19-21) letterwinner for the Panthers since the 2020 season was canceled ... earned all-conference honors twice in the shot put for coaches Kyle Barnes and George Sipes ... advanced to the MHSAA Division 1 state finals as a freshman in the shot put after placing second at the regional meet ... placed ninth at the finals with a season-best toss of 38-05.25 ... qualified for the state finals in 2019 in both the discus and shot put ... finished seventh in the discus (125-05) and 14th in the shot put (36-05) ... had a season-best throw in the shot put of 38-10.5 at the 2019 OK Red Division Championships ... won the shot put and finished second in the discus at the 2021 OK Red Division Conference meet ... had a personal-best toss of 41-06.5 for the shot put against Hudsonville (4/26/21) ... notched a personal-best throw of 129-09 for the discus against East Kentwood (4/19/21) ... finished third in the discus and fourth in the shot put at the 2021 MHSAA Regional meet to qualify for the state meet in both events ... placed 10th in the discus (122-1) and 12th in the shot put (37-06.00) at the 2021 MHSAA Division 1 state meet ... served as a track and field team captain in both 2020 and 2021.
