 2013-2014:  INDOOR:  Participated in six races for the Warriors ... placed fourth in the 3000m at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invite ... helped the WSU DMR team to a first-place finish at the SVSU "The Cardinal" meet ... placed ninth in the 3000m at the GLIAC Indoor Championships ... grabbed a runner-up finish in the 5000m at the GLIAC Indoor Championships, crossing the line in 17:29.94 ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.  OUTDOOR:  Ran in six meets during the outdoor campaign ... earned a top-five finish in five-of-six races during the outdoor season ... placed third in the 5000m at the Bellarmine Invitational ... grabbed a runner-up finish in the 10,000m at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships ... claimed the 5000m championship at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships ... placed sixth in the 10,000m at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships to become the first WSU women's track All-American in program history (just the second year of the program) ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.

2012-2013:   INDOOR: Set school record in the 3,000 meter with a time of 10:14.16 at the GLIAC Indoor Championship ... won the 3,000 meter run (10:32.04) at the Baldwin-Wallace Meet ... joined second-place 4,000 DMR team (13:16.20) at the BGSU Tom Wright Classic ... posted a fifth-place finish in the 5,000 meter run (17:52.14) at the GLIAC Indoor Championship, where she also earned the first ever point at the conference meet for the Warriors ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team. OUTDOOR: Selected team MVP ... captured first conference championship in program history, winning 10,000 meter run (37:07.03) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship ... also placed third in the 5,000 meter run (17:46.03) at the conference meet, earning 16 points total for team ... finished fourth and earned a provisional time in the 5,000 meter run (17:16.57; school record) at the Wake Forest Open ... won the 10,000 meter run (36:47.25; school record) at the Coastal Carolina Invite ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Utica Eisenhower ... ran under coach Debbie Palazolo ... earned three letters in cross country and four in track & field ... chosen cross country team captain, MVP and Most Dedicated Runner ... received All-American, all-region, all-county and all-conference honors in cross country...school record holder in 3200m and 1600m ... selected track team captain, MVP, all-county, all-conference and indoor track all-state...track team won five consecutive conference championships ... named female athlete of the year for the class of 2008 ... received Athlete of the Week honors from the Macomb Daily ... selected a Detroit Free Press Prep Star ... graduated Magna Cum Laude ... received all-academic team honors at the county and conference levels.

Rock ... daughter of John and Maureen Rock ... has a twin brother, Jon, who runs cross country for the Air Force Academy ... is a nutrition and food science major ... named to the Coach's Honor Roll (term gpa 3.0-3.49) for Fall 2010, Winter 2011, Fall 2011, Winter 2012, Fall 2012 and Fall 2013.
