2022-23:  2022-23 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.  CROSS COUNTRY:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... did not compete this season.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... did not compete this season.  OUTDOOR:  Did not compete.

2021-22:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Raced in four meets ... crossed the finish line in 25:08.7 in first career race at the Warrior Challenge 6K (9/10) ... recorded a time of 25:57.7 at the Roy Griak Invitational D2 race (6K) on Sept. 24 ... earned a season-best 6K time of 24:38.29 at the Saginaw Valley State Invite 6K (10/2) ... posted a fifth-place finish with a time of 20:28.2 at the Northwood Invitational (5K) on Oct. 15.  INDOOR:  Competed in four regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... competed in the 800, mile, 4x400m relay and DMR during the season ... finished 13th at GLIACs in the 800m run in a season-best time of 2:21.10 ... posted a season-best time of 5:36.17 for the mile at the SVSU Jet’s Pizza Invite (1/28-29).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... participated in four regular-season meets ... posted a season-best time of 2:25.94 for 800m at the Golden Grizzlies Invite.
