2021-22:  INDOOR:  Participated in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... ran the second leg of the second-place 4x400m relay at GLIACs ... finished sixth in the 400m event at GLIACs by clocking in at 59.65 ... ran a season-best time of 26.64 for 200m at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/18) ... recorded a season-best time of 58.35 for the 400m dash at the SVSU Holiday Open (12/3-4).  OUTDOOR:  Participated in four regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... ran the second leg of the first place 4x400m relay at GLIACs ... finished sixth at GLIACs in the 400m dash after posting the third-fastest time in school history in the prelims (58.22) posted a season-best time of 26.91 for 200m at the Ashland Alumni Open. 

High School:  A 2021 graduate of Jackson Lumen Christi High School ... earned letters in both cross country (four years) and track (three years since the 2020 season was canceled) ... was a two-time MHSAA Division 3 state champion in the 400m race ... ran a 58.75 as a freshman, then clocked in at 57.81 as a sophomore ... ran the leadoff leg on the 2018 state champion 1600m relay squad ... place seventh in the 200m race at the 2019 state track championships (26.30 prelims) after finishing 13th the year before (27.03) ... has a personal-best time of 57.40 for 400m which occurred at the 2019 regional meet in which she finished first ... finished third in the 400m dash at the 2021 MHSAA Division 3 state meet in a season-best time of 57.93 ... placed 13th in the 200m dash (27.76) and ran the second leg on the fourth place 4x400m relay ... was second in all three events at the 2021 regional meet (ran a 26.23 in 200m dash) ... was a three-time All-State cross country runner ... finished in the top-30 three times at the MHSAA Division 3 state cross country meet (26th - 19:30.3 in 2017; 21st - 19:34.3 in 2019; and 29th - 20:10.93 in 2020) helping the squad to four consecutive top-20 finishes, including twice in the top 10 (2017 and 2020) ... placed in the top-five three times at the I-8 Conference Cross Country Championship, including a runner-up finish as a junior (19:12.0) ... was a two-year cross country team captain and also served as a track team captain in 2021 ... received All-Academic recognition.
