2023-24:  2023-24 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in five meets ahead of the GLIAC Championship ... posted a season-best time of 27.51 in the 200m dash at the SVSU Holiday Open ... placed 13th at GLIACs with a personal-best time of 9.42 in the 60m hurdles.  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... participated in four regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed 12th at GLIACs in the 100m hurdles in a season-best time of 15.37 ... ran a season-best time of 27.25 for 200m at the Oakland Golden Grizzly Invite.

2022-23:  2022-23 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award ... selected CPM Pre-Med of the Month for January.  INDOOR:  Competed at four meets, plus the GLIAC Indoor Championships ... finished eighth in the pentathlon at the GLIAC Championships with a score of 2,491 ... ran a season-best 28.03 for 200m at the GVSU Holiday Open (12/9) ... posted a season-best mark of 4.979m (16-03.75) in the long jump on December 9th ... recorded a season-best mark of 1.39m in the high jump at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/27-28) ... notched three season-best marks at the GLIAC Championships in the 60 hurdles (9.96), shot put (9.04m) and 800m run (2:57.16), all as part of the pentathlon.  OUTDOOR:  Competed in four meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed sixth at the GLIAC Championships in the Heptathlon with 3,654 points, which ranks fourth all-time at WSU ... set personal-bests in all seven events during the Heptathlon (100m hurdles - 15.69, high jump - 1.35m, shot put - 8.42m, 200m dash - 27.50, long jump - 4.87m, javelin - 24.77m, and 800m - 2:52.17) ... ran a season-best 1:12.91 for 400m hurdles at the Oakland Elaine Leigh Invite.
