2022-23:  2022-23 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award ... selected as a national finalist for the John Wooden Citizenship Cup ... recipient of the squad's Warrior Award, which recognizes the student-athlete that embodies the Warrior Spirit in more ways than just performing on the Track and in the Field; having a positive attitude; showing perseverance and overcoming obstacles when facing life's challenges.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in five regular-season meets ... posted a season-best distance in the weight throw of 14.70m at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/17) ... recorded a season-best mark of 10.76m at the Wildcat-Cardinal-Warrior meet (2/4) in Marquette.  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed fourth at GLIACs in the javelin with a throw of 33.63m, which ranks fifth all-time at WSU ... posted a season-best mark of 43.91m in the hammer throw at the Oakland Elaine Leigh Invite.

2021-22:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in six of the seven regular-season meets strictly in the weight throw event ... posted a season-best distance in the weight throw of 13.04m at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/18).  OUTDOOR:  Participated in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... placed fifth at GLIACs in the javelin with a toss of 32.93m, which ranks fifth in program history ... recorded two Outdoor career bests at the Ashland Alumni Open with throws of 30.70m (discus) and 41.04 (hammer).

2020-21:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in two regular-season meets ... posted a season-best mark in the shot put (10.17m) at the SVSU Triangular Meet (2/5) ... recorded a season-best toss in the weight throw (11.42m) at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/19).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed at the GLIAC Championships (5/6) in the javelin ... placed 17th with a throw of 22.78m.

2019-20: INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in six regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed 11th in the Pentathlon at GLIACs - set season-bests in 800m (3:07.06), high jump (1.33m) and final score (2,035 points) ... ran a season-best time of 29.29 for 200m at the GVSU Holiday Open (12/6), while also setting a season-best in the long jump (4.40m) ... had a season-best throw of 9.70m for the shot put at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/25) ... posted a season-best time of 11.34 for 60m hurdles at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic (2/8).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... cancelled due to COVID-19.

2018-19:  INDOOR:  Competed unattached in the first two meets ... was redshirted.  OUTDOOR:  Participated in the first five meets ... ran a 29.13 for 200m at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting (3/23) ... recorded a season-best mark of 4.79m in the long jump at the Davenport Tune-Up ... also competed in the 4x100m relay at DU.

High School:  A 2018 graduate of Kent City High School ... earned four letters for the Eagles and coaches Jill Evers and Jeff Wilson ... was a seven-time conference (Central States Activities Association) champion, including twice each in the long jump (2016 and 2017) and 4x100m relay (2017 and 2018) ... also won CSAA titles in the high jump (2015), 4x400m relay (2016) and 4x200m relay (2018) ... competed at the 2017 MHSAA Division 3 state meet running the second leg of a 1600m relay and participating in the long jump ... earned All-Conference honors each of her four seasons as well as being three-year All-Region selection ... served as a team captain in track ... also competed in volleyball and basketball, where she was a part of five Team Academic All-State certificates ... was an Academic All-State recipient in 2017 and graduated as the co-valedictorian.
