Redshirt junior Michael Lewis (Ann Arbor, Mich. / Huron) led Wayne State to a 2-0 record this past week with wins over Northern Michigan and Michigan Tech. Lewis nearly posted double-doubles in both contests. He tallied 17 points and nine rebounds vs. NMU and 16 points and six boards against MTU.
