Senior Elizabeth Herriman (Adrian, Mich. / Sand Creek) scored in three throws events at the 2017 GLIAC Championships.  She won the conference javelin title for the second consecutive year.  Her winning toss in 2017 was 42.57m (139-07.75).  Elizabeth finished in the top four in the javelin all four years, with top-two finishes each of the last three seasons.   She had a season-best and provisional throw of 13.72m (45-00.00) in the shot put to place sixth.  Earlier on Friday, she had a season-best toss in the discus of 43.38m (142-03.75) to finish eighth.
