The Wayne State University men's cross country team had a solid day at the NCAA Midwest Regional (10K), collecting a seventh-place finish.

Ransom Allen (Ithaca, Mich.) led the way for the Warriors, as he posted a seventh-place finish. He finished the race in 30:23.1. With that finish, Allen earned All-Region honors from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
