DETROIT - The Wayne State University women's hockey team defeated York University, 3-2, in an exhibition game Friday night at the City Sports Center.
Wayne State pulled out to a 3-0 lead midway through the second period and held on despite two straight York goals, including one from Autumn Mills with 10 minutes remaining in regulation.
