GLIAC -- Freshmen Khalil Ben Ajmia (Tunis, Tunisia / Lycée Pierre De Coubertin) and Max Wasiniak (Huron, Ohio) were named GLIAC Swimmer and Diver of the Week, respectively, on Tuesday afternoon as announced by the league office.  Both rookies have now been honored twice this season.

This past Saturday, Ben Ajmia won both the 500 free (4:37.01) and 1000 free (9:27.72) against No. 4-ranked Grand Valley State.  The freshman also touched the wall fifth in the 50 free (21.71) and was part of Wayne State's third-place showing in the 400 free relay (3:10.62).  Also on Saturday, Wasiniak won the one-meter board (307.95) and placed in a tie-for-third at three meters (277.35).

Ben Ajmia, Wasiniak and their Warrior teammates will be at No. 9 Findlay on Friday for a 5 p.m. start against the Oilers inside Sink Natatorium.
