DETROIT -- The Wayne State University volleyball team (11-3 overall, 5-2 GLIAC) remained unbeaten at home (7-0) after a nail-biting 3-2 victory over Parkside (10-4 overall, 3-4 GLIAC) on Friday night inside The Matthaei Center.  After winning the first two sets, the Warriors dropped the next two and were down 6-0 in the fifth before battling all the way back.

"Parkside, to their credit played, a great match and pushed us to the limit," said head coach Tim Koth.  "To our credit, we made plays when we needed them most.  Tonight's win was an important one for the Warriors."
