GVSU Big Meet Friday Recap For Women's Indoor Track & Field

WSU sets three school records.

DETROIT -- Several members of the Wayne State University women's indoor track and field squad participated in the GVSU Big Meet Friday with three school records being set.

Senior Emily Gordon broke her own school record from two years ago in the 800m (2:09.54), while classmate Reagan Justice eclipsed her own school mark in the 5K (16:42.20). In addition, the 4x400m quartet of Elyse Miller, Avery Wilson, Makenzie Wellner and Renae Kutcha bettered the previous school mark by just .08. All three school records were also NCAA Provisional marks.
