Women's Track & Field Day Two In California Recap

CALIFORNIA -- A few members of the Wayne State University women's outdoor track and field competed at three different competitions in California on Friday with freshman hurdler Megan Zahnow accomplishing an interesting double. She ran in the 100m hurdles event at both the Cal State LA Twilight Open and at the University of La Verne Leopard Invitational finishing with times of 14.92 and 14.91, respectively.

Six will be at the Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational, while nine track members and two throwers will be participating at the University of La Verne Leopard Invitational. Another 19 student-athletes will be competing on either Friday or Saturday, or both days, at the Oakland University Elaine Leigh Invitational.
