EVANSVILLE, Ind. -- Diana Muccioli (Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich. / Grosse Pointe North), senior on the Wayne State University women's swimming and diving team, touched the wall in 28th for the 500 free on Friday morning as part of the 2026 NCAA Championships.  Muccioli was clocked at 5:05.15 and was unable to secure a spot in the night's finals.

Saturday marks the final day of the five-day event and preliminary action will commence at 10 a.m.
