2019-20:  2019-20 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.  CROSS COUNTRY:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in five meets ... placed 13th (19:57.7) at the Detroit Mercy Invite 5K (9/7) ... finished the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 6K (9/21) in eighth place (24:12.6) ... set a 5K PR of 18:56.6 at the Greater Louisville Classic Gold 5K race (10/5) ... crossed the finish line in 24:32.5 at the Lewis Conference Crossover 6K (10/12) ... earned a 6K personal-best time of 23:16.0 at the GLIAC Championships (10/26).  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in two regular-season meets ... had a career-best time for the mile (5:30.72) at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open (1/17) ... also competed in the 3000m race (11:50.46) and the 4x400m relay at the Hansen Open ... ran a 19:18.57 for the 5k at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/25).  OUTDOOR:  Cancelled due to COVID-19.

2018-19:  Recipient of the Warrior Award, which is given to an athlete who embodies the Warrior spirit in more ways than just performing on the track; having a positive attitude, showing perseverance and overcoming obstacles when facing life’s challenges.  CROSS COUNTRY:  Competed in all seven meets as a true freshman ... placed 12th (20:12.6) at the University of Michigan-Dearborn's Wolverine Twilight Invitational (8/31) in her first collegiate race ... crossed the finish line at the Calvin Knight Invitational (9/8) in 19:54.0 ... earned a time of 19:01.5 at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) ... completed the Lewis Conference Crossover Invite (10/6) in 24:42.1 ... completed the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) in 24:30.4 ... competed at the GLIAC Championships (11/3), completing the event in 23:49.8 ... crossed the finish line in 25:14.9 at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/17).  INDOOR:  Competed in four of the eight meets ... recorded a season-best time of 5:46.99 for the mile at the Jet's Pizza Invite (1/26) ... earned a season-best time for 3,000m at the YSU Mid-Major (2/2) of 11:44.81.  OUTDOOR:  Competed in four meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... ran a season-best 5k time of 18:44.60 to finish 15th at GLIACs ... recorded a season-best time of 5:22.71 for 1500m at the Oakland Golden Grizzlies Invite (4/13).
