2020-21:  CROSS COUNTRY/INDOOR:  Could not compete ... exhausted eligibility.  OUTDOOR:  Named the squad's Newcomer of the Year ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors for having one of the top five times in the 800m run in the Midwest Region ... recorded the fourth-fastest time in the Midwest Region (2:12.51) at the Hillsdale Last Chance Classic ... competed in four regular-season meets, the GLIAC Championships and two Last Chance meets ... finished third in the finals of the 800m run (2:13.29) at GLIACs (5/7) ... ran the second leg of the fourth-place 4x400m relay at GLIACs ... posted a season-best time of 1:03.51 for 400m at the Oakland Mini Meet (4/30) ... won the 800m race at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/17) in a time of 2:13.15 ... 2020-21 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2019-20:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Competed in all four meets, including the MEAC Cross Country Championships ... placed 17th at the HU Labor Day Classic (8/31) ... finished 23rd at the Eastern Shore Invite (9/21) in a time of 21:24.20 ... completed the Delaware State Alumni Invite in 21st place ... ran a season-best time of 20:35 at the MEAC Championships to finish 26th.  INDOOR:  Participated in six regular-season meets, plus the MEAC Indoor Championships (2/27-29) ... was a member of the fourth-place DMR at the conference championships ... finished eighth in the 800m run (2:26.21) ... posted a personal-best time of 3:00.57 for 1,000m at the Navy Invitational II (2/1) ... recorded a season-best time of 2:13.41 at the South Carolina Invitational (2/7-8).  OUTDOOR:  Canceled due to COVID-19.

2018-19:  Named to the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team.  CROSS COUNTRY:  Selected to the MEAC Cross Country All-Academic Team ... took part in all six races … placed eighth at the inaugural Howard Labor Day Classic (9/1), registering a time of 21:59.17 … finished 20th at the Eastern Shore Invite in a time of 21:36.9 ... ran a season-best time of 21:16.51 to finish 27th at the MEAC Championships (10/27).  INDOOR:  Competed in seven regular-season meets, plus the MEAC Indoor Championships ... finished fourth at the MEAC Championships in the 800m race with a season-best time of 2:14.72 ... ran the third leg of the third-place DMR and ran anchor on the seventh-place 4x400m relay ... earned a personal-best indoor 400m time of 59.04 at the Great Dane Classic (1/12) held on Staten Island, N.Y.  OUTDOOR:  Participated in three regular-season meets, plus the MEAC Outdoor Championships, the IC4A/ECAC Division 1 Outdoor Championships and the NCAA D1 East Outdoor Preliminary Round ... placed fifth at the MEAC Championships in the 800m event (2:11.64) ... ran the third leg of the runner-up 4x400m relay at the MEAC Championships ... finished 12th in the 800m race at the IC4A/ECAC Division 1 Outdoor Championships in a season-best time of 2:09.68.

2017-18:  Named to the MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team.  CROSS COUNTRY:  Selected to the MEAC Cross Country All-Academic Team ... participated in three events … finished sixth at the Delaware State Hornet Invitational (9/9) in a time of 21:15.30 … earned a sixth-place finish at the DSU Pre-Conference Meet (10/7), completing the course in 20:47.10 … ran a season-best at the MEAC Cross Country Championships (10/28), registering a time of 20:31.40.  INDOOR:  Participated in five meets, plus the MEAC Indoor Championships ... finished 10th in both the 800m run (2:19.20) and the 4x400m relay (3:59.30) at the conference championship ... ran leadoff on the fourth-place DMR (12:20.91) ... best 800m mark was 2:16.07 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/2-3) ... ran a personal-best for the indoor mile of 5:30.60 at the HBCU Battle at the Track (1/12).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in four regular-season meets, plus the MEAC Outdoor Championships and the IC4A/ECAC Division 1 Outdoor Championships ... placed seventh at the MEAC Championships in the 800m run (2:1224) ... ran the second leg on the fifth place 4x400m relay ... posted a season-best tim eof 2:10.83 for 800m during the MEAC Preliminaries.

2016-17:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Competed in three meets ... placed 20th in the Delaware State Farm Run Invite (9/24) in a time of 21:51.1 ... led HU with a 13th-place finish at the DSU Pre-Conference Invitational (10/15) ... was the highest finisher for the Bison in a time of 20:48.97 for 39th place at the MEAC Cross Country Championship (10/29).  INDOOR:  Participated in six meets, plus the MEAC Indoor Championships ... ran a season-best time of 2:13.72 for 800m at the MEAC Championships (2/16-18) to finish third ... ran the leadoff leg of both the fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:53.28) and seventh-place DMR (12:52.89) ... best 4x400m relay time was 3:52.86 at the Bucknell Tune-Up (2/10).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in five meets, plus the MEAC Outdoor Championships ... ran a season-best 2:12.03 for 800m at the Morgan State Legacy Track & Field Meet (4/22) ... ran leadoff on the 4x400m relay at the Penn Relays which clocked in at 3:44.76 ... place eighth in the finals of the 800m run at the MEAC Championships.
