2020-21:  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in three regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished 12th at GLIACs (2/27) in the 400m dash in a time of 1:04.12 ... was a member of the fifth-place 4x400m relay at GLIACs (2/28) ... ran a season-best time of 1:03.42 for 400m at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/30) ... placed eighth in the 300m dash (45.22) at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/19).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... missed the entire season due to an injury ... 2020-21 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2019-20:  2019-20 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... participated in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... ran the anchor leg on the 4x400m relay, which placed sixth at GLIACs ... finished 11th in the 400m dash (1:01.02) at GLIACs ... clocked in a season-best time of 1:00.81 for 400m at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/25) ... ran a season-best 27.34 for 200m at the SVSU Doug Hansen (1/17), as well as a personal-best 8.56 for 60m ... season-best time of 4:00.61 for the 4x400m relay came at the GVSU Holiday Open (12/6).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... canceled due to COVID-19.

2018-19:  Selected as the squad's Most Improved ... was a CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in seven of the eight meets during the regular-season, plus the GLIAC Championships ... ran lead-off on the fifth place 4x400m relay (3:56.28) at the GLIAC Championships ... was the second runner on the sixth-place DMR (12:42.57) at GLIACs ... placed ninth in the 400m dash at GLIACs in a personal-best time of 59.43 ... notched personal-bests in both the long jump (4.77m) and high jump (1.40m) at the Mastodon Opener (12/1) ... participated in the pentathlon at the SVSU Holiday Classic and totaled 2,344 points, which included personal bests in the 60m hurdles (12.44), shot put (7.14m) and 800m (2:29.62).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in all seven meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... ran a season-best time of 58.92 for 400m to place seventh at GLIACs ... had a wind-aided time of 26.67 for 200m at the Al Owens Classic (4/20) ... was a member of the third-place 4x400m relay at the GLIAC Championships (3:54.33) ... 2018-19 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2017-18:  INDOOR:  Competed in all eight meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... was part of two fourth-place relays at the GLIAC Championships - 4x400 (3:56.32) and DMR (12:37.91) ... ran season-best times for both the 200m (27.17) and 400m (59.92) at the SVSU Holiday Classic (12/2) ... ran a season-best for 600m (1:44.50) in winning the Oiler Opener (12/9).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in all six meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... ran a season-best 26.95 for 200m at Cincinnati's Nikoloff Open (3/31) ... notched a season-best 400m time of 1:01.16 at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/21) ... ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay which finished in 3:57.99 at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/21).

High School:  A 2017 graduate of Anchor Bay High School ... was a four-year track letterwinner for coaches Ryan Zerkel and Kendall Wilkinson ... won the 200m dash (26.84) at the 2017 Macomb County Championship, after setting a personal best (26.53) in the prelims ... finished seventh at the 2017 MHSAA Division 1 state meet in the 400m with a personal-best time of 57.21 ... competed at the state meet in the 400m all four years ... earned All-State accolades and was part of the fastest 4x400 relay team in Macomb County History ... served two years as the team captain ... also competed in cross country, soccer and football (place-kicker) for the Tars ... was a member of the National Honor Society ... earned All-Academic honors in all four sports ... was an Academic Achievement Award recipient all four years.
