2024-25:  2024-25 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... did not compete.  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... participated in six regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished ninth in the javelin at GLIACs (32.99m) ... posted a season-best mark of 35.93m in the javelin at the Cal State LA Twilight Open.

2023-24: 2023-24 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.  INDOOR:  Competed in the shot put in five regular-season meets ... posted a season-best throw of 8.19m at the 2024 Findlay Alumni Classic.  OUTDOOR:  Participated in four regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished 10th at GLIACs in the javelin with a throw of 31.60m ... recorded a season-best toss in the javelin of 32.00m at the Oakland Golden Grizzly Invite ... notched a season-best throw in the discus of 24.64m at the Cedarville Yellow Jacket Open.

2020-21:  Competed in four outdoor meets, including the WHAC championship meet ... participated in both the 800m run and javelin ... set a personal-best in the 800m run with a time of 2:36.17 at the conference meet ... notched a season-best throw of 26.98m at the Concordia Legacy Invitational.
