2012: Placed 22nd (19:39) at the Detroit Titan Invite (9/8) ... took 9th (23:58.37) to help the Warriors win the Mack Cooper Classic (9/14) ... ran to an 145th (25:06.2) place finish at the Roy Griak Invite (9/29) ... placed 57th (19:30.8) at the Lucian Rosa Invite (10/6) ... placed 14th (19:23.22) in the Raider Run (10/13) ... 2012-13 recipient of the DII ADA Academic Achievement Award.

Pre-WSU:  Graduated with a double major (Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, and French) in the spring of 2012 from Northern Michigan University. Participated in two seasons of cross country while at NMU and three seasons of indoor track.

2009-10 (Outdoor):  Finished 17th in the 800m run at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships ... placed third in the 800m run at the Northwood Invitational ... member of 4x400 relay which placed fourth at the GLIAC Championships.

2009-10 (Indoor):  A member of the 4x400 relay team which set a new school record with a time of 4:01.40 ... finished third in the 400-meter dash at the Northern Challenge.

2008-09 (Indoor):  Placed third in the 1600 run at the Lake Superior Challenge.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Delton Kellogg High School ... was a four-year letterwinner in both cross country (2004-07) and track (2005-08), while also earning three letters in basketball (2006-08) ... named both all-league (KVA) and all-county in both cross country and track, and all-state in track ... finished third at the 2008 state track meet in the 400m relay and seventh in the 1600m relay ... also a state qualifier in the 800m relay as a senior ... member of the school record 3200m relay as a junior ... was a member of the National Honor Society ... served as a team captain in both track and basketball.
