2009-10 (JUNIOR)
CROSS COUNTRY:  Participated for Michigan State at the Spartan Invitational (25:16) ... turned in an unattached time of 20:16.7 at the Michigan Intercollegiate Cross Country Championships hosted by Calvin College ... clocked in at 20:19 at the EMU Classic.

2008-09 (SOPHOMORE)
INDOOR: Competed in the mile run at the Grand Valley Big Meet, clocking in at 5:30.70 ... the meet was her only competition of the season.
CROSS COUNTRY:  Competed for Michigan State at the Spartan Invitational (23:07) and Notre Dame Invitationa(18:21).

2007-08 (FRESHMAN)
OUTDOOR: Competed in both the 800m run and 1500m run ... recorded a season best time in the 1500m at the Gina Relays finishing fourth with a time of 4:43.22.
INDOOR: Competed unattached ... finished the EMU Classic with a time of 5:14.55 in the one-mile run.
CROSS COUNTRY:  Redshirted at Michigan State.

High School:  A 2007 graduate of Goodrich High School ... earned four varsity letters in cross country for the Martians ... helped GHS cross country squad to back-to-back MHSAA Division 3 state titles in 2003 and 2004 ... placed 35th as a freshman (20:02.35), 49th as a sophomore (20:16.20), and seventh as a junior (18:51.2) ... finished 22nd at thhe MHSAA Division 2 state meet in a time of 19:04.2 ... was a four-time all-county and all-league selection ... also lettered four years in track ... finished ninth in the 1600m and 11th in the 3200m at the 2007 MHSAA Division 2 State Track meet ... placed fourth in 2006 at the Division 3 state meet in the 1600m and second in the 3200m ... as a sophomore, was part of the 3200m relay team which won a Division 3 state title ... finished fifth and seventh in 2005 at the state track meet in 3200m and 1600m, respectively ... was a member of the National Honor Society ... served as a team captain in both cross country and track ... three-time academic all-state honoree in both cross country and track.
