Career Notes:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team for two consecutive years (2018-19) ... posted a career-best 10K time of 34:45.0 at the 2016 NCAA Regionals ... set a five-mile PR of 28:04.1 at the 2017 Lansing CC Invitational ... recorded a career-best 8K time of 28:12.1 at the 2018 GLIAC Championships ... notched a four-mile PR of 23:43.8 at the 2019 Detroit Mercy Titans Invite.

2019:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in four meets ... finished the Detroit Mercy Invite 4-mile (9/7) in a personal-best 23:43.8 ... completed the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 8K (9/21) in 30:46.9 ... ran the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) in 30:15.6 ... crossed the finish line in 28:34.6 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble 8K (10/19).

2018:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in four meets ... ran a time of 26:08.6 at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) ... crossed the finish line at the MCC Jayhawk Invitational (10/12) in 27:27.14 ... finished the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) with a time of 28:31.3 ... competed at the GLIAC Championships (11/3), completing the event in an 8K personal-best 28:12.1. 

2017:  Ran in all six meets ... earned a 3.1 mile personal-best time of 22:32.3 at the Detroit Titan Invitational (9/9) ... crossed the finish line in 29:05.0 at the MSU Spartan Invitational (9/15) ... competed at the Greater Louisville Classic (9/30), finishing in 28:15.2 ... posted an 8K season-best time of 28:04.1 at the Lansing C.C. Invitational (10/6) ... ran the GLIAC Championships (10/21) in 29:38.6 ... finished the season with a time of 37:11.0 at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/4).

2016:  Competed in six meets … posted a 29th-place finish (21:26.7) at Oakland’s Golden Grizzly Open (9/2) … crossed the finish line in 29:22.7 at the Ray Helsing Bulldog Invite (9/10) … notched a time of 29:56.7 at the Michigan State Spartan Invitational (9/19) … finished 37th with a time of 30:47.3 at the Michigan Intercollegiate (10/7) … set an 8K season-best (28:56.3) at the GLIAC Championships (10/22) ... finished the 10K NCAA Midwest Regional (11/5) in a time of 34:45.0.

2015: Did not compete in any meets due to an injury. 

High School: A 2015 graduate of Rochester High School ... earned four varsity letters in cross country under coach Larry Adams ... helped lead the Falcons to a fourth-place finish in the OAA Red Division conference championships in 2014 after finishing 20th (17:09.2) ... finished 15th at the 2013 conference championship crossing the line at 16:49.8 ... competed in the Division 1 state championships posting a new personal best of 16:29 ... earned Second Team All-County honors in 2014 and All-County and All-League accolades in 2013 ... also lettered four years in track and field.
