2021:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... ran in four meets … posted a season-best time of 27:18.6 at the Warrior Challenge 8K (9/10) … notched a 27:39.9 at the Roy Griak Invitational 8K D2 race (9/24) … crossed the finish line in 27:55.6 at the Saginaw Valley State Invite 8K (10/2) … placed a season-best 16th overall at the Northwood Invitational 8K (10/15) after posting a time of 28:22.6. 

2020-21:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... cross country season was not held due to COVID-19.

2019:  Competed in six meets ... placed 11th (21:31.0) at the Detroit Mercy Invite (9/7) four mile ... finished the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 8K (9/21) in 10th place (27:35.3) ... completed the Greater Louisville Classic 8K (10/5) in 26:00.1 ... ran the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) in 27:11.4 ... crossed the finish line in an 8K personal-best time of 25:44.9 in the GLIAC Championship 8K (10/26) ... set a 10K PR of 33:56.7 at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/9) ... 2019-20 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

Pre-WSU:  Was a two-year (2017 and 2018) letterwinner in cross country at Grand Rapids Community College for coach Matt Sicilia ... placed 36th (27.20.7) at the 2018 NJCAA national championship meet after finishing 102nd (27:14.7) as a freshman ... became the first NJCAA Cross Country All-American in program history ... top finish in 2017 was 21st at the Lansing C.C. Invite (26:58.7) ... placed 12th at the 2018 LCC Invite by clocking in at 26:04.6 ... received All-Region XII recognition for the Raiders after a third-place finish at the regional meet (25:54.9) in 2018 ... earned Academic All-Conference honors ... garnered All-MCCAA accolades both years at GRCC ...
