2020-21: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... cross country season was not held due to COVID-19.

2019:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in four meets ... finished the Detroit Mercy Invite four mile (9/7) in 22:39.2 ... completed the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 8K (9/21) in 29:03.0 ... ran the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) in 28:34.0 ... earned a personal-best time of 26:44.2 in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble varsity race (10/19) ... 2019-20 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award ... was a CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee.

2018:  Competed in four meets ... placed 20th (16:51.8) at the University of Michigan-Dearborn's Wolverine Twilight Invitational (8/31) in first collegiate race ... crossed the finish line at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) in 26:54.5 ... earned a time of 26:45.67 at the MCC Jayhawk Invitational (10/12) ... finished the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) with a time of 28:37.6.

High School:  A 2017 graduate of Shepherd High School ... earned four varsity letters for the Bluejays ... was a member of four consecutive Tri-Valley Conference league titles ... earned First Team All-TVC accolades three times (2013-2014-2016), and Second Team in 2015 ... placed 69th at the 2016 MHSAA Division 3 state meet with a time of 17:24.5 helping SHS to a seventh-place team finish ... finished 49th as a junior with a time of 16:59.7, helping the Bluejays to a fourth-place team finish ... ran a 16:32.8 as a sophomore to finish 24th and help SHS finish fifth at the state meet ... earned First Team All-Region honors as a senior after being a Second Team All-Region recipient in both 2014 and 2015 ... had a personal-best of 9:59.98 for 3200m in track, and 16:16 for a cross country 5K ... ran a 55.44 for 400m ... also competed in the 4x400m and 4x800m relays ... had a personal-best of 18-04.75 in the long jump ... earned Michigan Interscholastic Track Coaches Association Academic All-State honors ... also played basketball for three years ... was a four-year Academic Honor student ... elected team captain in all three sports.
