2019:  Competed in three meets ... completed the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 8K (9/21) in 29:03.3 ... participated in the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K ... led the Warriors in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble 8K open race, crossing the finish line in a personal-best time of 27:09.7.

2018:  Competed in four meets ... placed 48th (18:20.7) at the University of Michigan-Dearborn's Wolverine Twilight Invitational (8/31) ... earned a time of 27:00.6 at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) ... crossed the finish line at the MCC Jayhawk Invite (10/12) in 27:09.99 ... finished the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) in 65th place with a time of 28:22.5.

2016:  Competed in six meets as a true freshman … posted a time of 22:36.7 at Oakland’s Golden Grizzly Open (9/2) … crossed the finish line in 30:16.8 at the Michigan State Spartan Invite (9/19) … notched a time of 29:33.6 at the Greater Louisville Classic (10/1) … placed 39th (30:58.1) at the Michigan Intercollegiate (10/7) … recorded an 8K season-best (29:33.4) at the GLIAC Championships (10/22) ... finished the 10K NCAA Midwest Regional (11/5) in a time of 36:34.0.

High School:  A 2016 graduate of Sterling Heights High School … earned four letters in cross country under coach Anthony Pavicic … helped lead the Stallions to a 23-1 overall record and a fifth-place finish at regionals in 2015 … was a state qualifier as a junior … finished in the top-10 with a time of 17:18 at the 2015 Macomb Area Conference (MAC) Division Championships … earned the Harold Harft award, which is the most prestigious award at SHHS, his senior year … received academic All-County recognition in 2013 … elected as captain for both cross country (2015) and track (2015, 2016) … also lettered in track and field.
