2019:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in four meets ... finished the Detroit Mercy Invite 4-mile (9/7) in a personal-best 23:25.6 ... completed the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 8K (9/21) in 29:29.1 ... ran the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) in 30:06.7 ... crossed the finish line in a career-best 28:25.5 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble 8K (10/19) ... was a CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee.

2018:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in four meets ... placed 29th (17:18.3) at the University of Michigan-Dearborn's Wolverine Twilight Invitational (8/31) in first collegiate race ... earned a time of 26:56.2 at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) ... crossed the finish line at the MCC Jayhawk Invitational (10/12) in 29:57.09 ... finished the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) with a time of 29:46.7 ... 2018-19 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award. 

2017:  Did not compete in any meets ... was redshirted.

High School:  A 2017 graduate of Fordson High School ... was a four-year letterwinner under coaches Hassan Berry and Adam Ferrell ... earned a top time of 17:02 in the 5K ... ran a personal best two-mile in 10:18, as well as a 4:38 mile and 2:06 in the 800-meter run ... was a member of the 200 freestyle relay swim team that set a school record ... was a two-time captain in both cross country and swimming.
