2021-22:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Named the squad's Newcomer of the Year ... competed in four meets ... earned a season-best 6K time of 23:51.4 at the Warrior Challenge 6K (9/10) ... collected a time of 23:59.5 at the Roy Griak Invitational D2 race (6K) on Sept. 24 ... crossed the finish line in 24:29.6 at the Lewis Crossover 6K (10/9) ... placed 27th with a time of 23:54.4 at the GLIAC Championships (6K) on Oct. 23.  INDOOR:  Competed in six of the seven regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... ran the third leg of the fourth place DMR at GLIACs ... placed sixth in the 800m run with a season-best time of 2:16.13 ... posted a season-best time of 5:09.58 for the mile at the SVSU Triangular (2/5) ... finished second at the SVSU Holiday Open (12/3-4) in the 600m run in a time of 1:42.60.  OUTDOOR:  Participated in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... scored at the GLIACs with an eighth-place finish in the finals of the 1500m run (had a PR of 4:44.87 in the prelims) ... posted a season-best time of 2:14.22 for 800m at the Ashland Alumni Open.
